Hampshire Services is a directory and community hub that connects Hampshire residents with local service-based businesses. The Site allows businesses to express interest in joining, be verified, and (upon launch) create listings and profiles.
2. Using the Site
- You must use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the Site.
- You agree not to submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
- You must not copy, scrape, or bulk-harvest content from the Site without permission.
3. Early member sign‑up
Before public launch, the Site provides an interest form to claim a free verified listing and profile. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval or verification. We may contact you about your submission and the upcoming launch.
4. Accounts and listings (upon launch)
Features such as creating a business profile or listing may require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any content you submit. We reserve the right to review, approve, moderate, re-categorise, or remove listings and profiles that breach these Terms or applicable law.
5. Your content and rights you grant
By submitting text, images, logos, or other materials ("Content") to the Site, you confirm you own or have permission to use that Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content on the Site and in promotional materials solely to operate and promote Hampshire Services. You are responsible for ensuring your Content does not infringe the rights of others.
6. Prohibited content
Do not submit Content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, hateful, pornographic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
